This is resolved. The portal and API have been working normally since 14:25 UK time. Between 13:15 and 14:25, some customers may have seen brief interruptions of a minute or two. We're sorry for the disruption.

The fix was rolled out at 14:08 UK time, which caused one last brief interruption. The portal and API have been working normally since 14:09. We're continuing to monitor.

We've identified the cause of the brief portal and API interruptions and are working on a fix. Service is working now, but short interruptions of a minute or two may recur until the fix is in place.

Since 13:15 UK time, some customers may have seen brief interruptions (one to two minutes at a time) when using the portal or the API. Service recovers between interruptions. We're investigating.
